 Anyway, the dessert of the day was Banana Split (SGD$20.00), with huge scoops of vanilla, strawberry and Belgium Chocolate ice-cream, bruleed banana, strawberries, walnut flakes and crunchy wafers. It was huge; definitely meant for sharing, unless I was planning to have it for tea or a meal. The appearance was beautiful and colorful; very appetising.

 This is definitely quality dessert with Haagan Dazs ice-cream; and I loved the richness of the Belgian Chocolate one the best. The caramelized and bruleed banana was good, adding crisp to the soft texture of the fruit. I preferred the one where toppings of the sauce was just nice - distinctive enough to enhance the dessert but not too sweet. The crunch of the nuts and wafers added to the tastiness of the Banana Split - I will definitely be back for this attractive dessert.

After a hearty dinner we decided to settle down for some dessert and at the same time doing some chit chat session since is has been sometimes since my friends and I met. We ordered a chocolate fondue set to share it consists of 16 scoop of ice cream, cakes, fresh fruit, cookies and wafer stick. I simply love the warm chocolate and dip into the almond nut with chocolate taste perfect too. Ice cream is smooth and yummy!

The strawberry flavour has real bite size strawberry inside the ice cream. Though is a nice touch, but the frozen strawberry was not easy to the teeth, it was quite hard in frozen state.

I going to review their chocolate fondue ice cream with the biscuits, fruits and cakes but its quite expensive...The melting hot chocolate taste just right, not too sweet and is great to pair with the ice creams/cakes /biscuits...

This time I try their Flower blossom where you can selected 3 scoops of ice cream...try the Belgium chocolate is a must try!!

Before we left, I notice that the ice water were served in different cups. For over $5 you can get a single scoop of takeaway ice cream bliss from Haagen Daz. The staff was very patient and allowed me to sample quite a number of flavours before I decided to settle for Rum and Raisin. I like this flavour because of its rich vanilla ice cream coupled with big fat juicy raisins and a decent amount of alcoholic rum that would give you a kick. Very refreshing!

One of my favorite desserts at Haagen-Dazs has got to be their Paradise! This dessert lets customers pick 6 different varieties of ice cream from the menu. The desserts also consists of 3 wafers that are tucked beneath the ice cream, in the middle as well at on the top. After which, almond flakes as well as chocolate strips, syrup are poured over it along with bite sized strawberries!Caramel biscuit & cream 9/10 - Must Try! This was an excellent combination. Belgian chocolate (2 scoops) 9/10 - The chocolate was rich and creamy! perfect for chocoholics out there!

Chocolate midnight cookies 8/10 - Pretty similar to cookies and cream. I found it a little too sweet though

Macadamia Nut 9/10 - A generous portion of macadamia nuts in the ice cream. I could never get sick of this one

Cappuccino Truffle 8/10 - This was a coffee flavored one. Acceptable but a little overwhelming

The Tiramisu ice cream was just a cool sweet caffeine tasting pleasure which slid down our throats smoothly, bringing a calm soothing close to our ice cream taste test session. Haagen Dazs ice cream selection boasts of ice creams which are rich in flavour and refined in their texture. It is something that I will definitely try again in the near future. *Thumbs Up*

I have always wanted to try the fondue at haagen dazs and finally had the opportunity to do so today! There is more then enough for 2-3 people. The ice cream came in little round balls and had dry ice beneath to prevent it from melting. The chocolate fondue was nice and warm. There were also chocolate chip cookies and fruits at the sides of the platter. Price wise, a little steep but it was good
