My hubby and I went to Tanglin Halth Market for our breakfast a couple of weeks back. We ordered a variety of dishes to eat so that we can have some of each and the siew mai here is really good. I like how there is a balance between fatty and lean meat used inside the siew mai, and it is very fresh tasting. The siew mai is also not too salty either.
