Had pork ribs noodles for $3. The gravy somehow resembled that of lor mee but had a more watery texture. There were some starchy lumps though. The gravy was flavourful and complemented the noodles and pork ribs well. The pork ribs were tender and the fried ikan bilis were crispy but salty. There were some chopped vegetables in it as well. Although the noodles were soaked in the gravy, they were not soggy Worth a try!

Followed my aunt to have our lunch at Bukit Batok area, we came famous Sin Huat Lee Restaurant. The coffee shop looked spacious, newly clean and comfortable. Finding for my soupy lunch, thus I decided on Handmade Noodle. The stall was typically offered three kinds, Ban Mian (Thick Version), You Mian (Thin Rounded version) and Mee Huan Kuay (Cloud Uncertain Shaped Version). Using minced pork, cabbages, veggies, anchovies and egg as its ingredients, the portion appeared huge and filling. You Mian

Using minced pork, cabbages, veggies, anchovies and egg as its ingredients, the portion appeared huge and filling. You Mian remained chewy, luckily the texture was not too mushy to bite. Soup was straightforward and simple, I can say it was thickly savoury. Pepper was added on top, it tasted hearty with peppery spiciness. My lunch was $3.00, reasonably acceptable pricing.
