The mookata tastes average but it sure is value for money as it is a buffet. The marination of the meat wasn't very flavourful and the soup wasn't as tasty. Besides the selection of raw food, they've got fried food such as thai fish cake, and thai prawns. I tried it and they surprisingly tasted legit, with the distinct thai taste. They do not have thai milk tea though

Located at Golden Mile Tower, not to be confused with Golden Mile complex, the restaurant is located near the entrance of the carpark. This joint is pretty popular, however we thought it's pretty ordinary. The selection of food is okay. Meat wise, they have garlic or black pepper marinated chicken, pork or beef. A friend recommended my to this place for Thai mookata and I was excited to try this place. The plus points- I felt it was really value for money. Was quite crowded when we reached the place on a Saturday night. Compared to other bbq/steamboat places, it's not as hot and stuffy. Went with 3 of my friends to Happy Mookata for dinner and to my surprise, there were no queue! In the past, I remembered queuing for 30mins before getting in.
