 Hard Rock Cafe is still the place to go to for classic American food. Despite being in operations for over 25yrs in SG, food quality and service are still well maintained. It's not a bad choice for friends to hang out over yummy food and drinks, while listening to Rock music.

 I also decided to try the Legendary 10oz burger. The fries were pretty good - very salty and addictive. But the burger was another letdown. The beef patty wasn't marinated very well and had quite a strong beefy taste to it. It's not the driest burger I've had, but I thought it was rather bland as it didn't come with any sauces at all.

Overall, the food wasn't great and the atmosphere of the place feels like a sleazy bar with a very bad live band. I definitely will not be re-visiting this outlet anytime soon.

The service was really good because the waitress, Geraldine, actually told us that she wouldn't recommend that we order more as she thought it would be enough. Though we weren't quite as full as we thought we'd be after the meal, I think it was rather good of the waitress to recommend what she did instead of just silently recording all the orders. There was also a manager walking around and checking on all the tables--I got to say the service is probably one of the best I've had in Singapore in recent months.

The portion wasn't as big as I thought they may be--it might have shrunk down from the typical American portion to cater to the Asian crowd, but it's still decently huge.

 Ribs and Pulled Pork Combo.

There are many ways that you can order the ribs and we decided to try the ribs and pulled pork combination so that we could taste the best of both worlds. The food, unfortunately got cold quickly, but I'd have to say the ribs were better than the pulled pork. The pulled pork was served on top of a slice of bread, but it wasn't particularly savory and felt a tad dry.

 For an add-on of about $5, you could add on the salad. We ordered the Caesar Salad and it was tossed nicely. I'd say it's a very worth it ad-on and it paired nicely with our main course.

 We wanted something small for dessert as we had a sweet tooth--the presentation surprised us as the cheesecake was served in a small cup and it was literally cream cheese with a tiramisu-like powdery top. The way they draped the chocolate syrup on the interior and along the glass did add points to the presentation.

Did you know that hard rock cafe sells satay as well? I decided to give it a try when I saw it being offered in the menu It took a while to be served. But it was worth the wait. The meat was so soft and succulent and extremely tasty even without dipping it into the satay sauce. On it's own it was already pretty powerful. I also ordered a glass of hard rock labelled wine. It's a blend from California. It was smooth, fruity and easy to drink. Very lovely.

Ceasar salad here at Hard rock cafe is really nice as the chicken that is added in the salad adds a nice taste anf flavor to the salad. The salad is also mixed in a cajun flavored sauce and this dish has other ingredients such as shredded cheese, tomato, fresh lettuce and of course the fried chicken cubes. Love this salad and portions are huge making irt great for sharing. try the onion rings too which are really crispy and aromatic. The nachos are also great for sharing as the portions are big.

 For starters we ordered POTATO SKINS, these are large potato shells, fried till golden brown with cheddar cheeses, crisp seasoned bacon and green onions. Sour cream is provided in the saucer. By reading "potato skins" on the menu, initially i thought that it is thin like chips but it is actually not. It dont really taste like you have biting on potatoes and I simply loves the big square bacon bits scattered onto them.

Its a very good choice to order if you are unsure what to order as the Trio Combo at $35 consists of HICKORY SMOKED BAR-B-QUE CHICKEN, SMOKED BAR-B-QUE RIBS, SMOKED PULLED PORK SANDWICH, 3 types served with seasoned fries, ranch beans & fresh coleslaw. Surprisingly the ranch beans is hot and not directly just from the can.

BBQ chicken is their famous Southern-style, half-chicken, rubbed, grilled and basted with their authentic Hickory BBQ sauce.

For Smoked BBQ Ribs, it comes with a full rack of West Tennessee-style ribs rubbed then basted with their authentic Hickory BBQ sauce and cooked to perfection. Easy cut for us!

Last but not least their HICKORY SMOKED PULLED PORK SANDWICH is what I like most. I love the biting sensation that resembles shredded chicken. Smoked pork is hand pulled, its tender and juiceness taste left me utterly speechless. Definite MUST TRY! It has a crunchy toast laid below the pulled pork. Yammy!

Service is definitely good. waitress offer to help me hang my bag on the chair and mentioned that it will be more comfortable sitting that way. During meals, she will come up to us and check if the food is ok.

Ambience
Two stories high cafe area. No one would say HRC is lacking of ambience! HRC is a good place to celebrate your birthday at. Everyone in the cafe will sing you a birthday song if you go up the stage and they will cheer for you. During certain scheduled hours, you will get to see live bands on the stage. And for normal timing, there will be TV display everywhere around the corner in the cafe that shows some MTVs. Its a crowded area well-liked by us.

Price
Price is definitely alright with such big generous portions of food.

Good place for group gathering especially. Call in advance for reservations.

A lot of people have been asking "Why is there no seafood dishes in the menu?", so they've taken in the feedback and decided to come up with a few. I tried 4 of their new seafood dishes alongside with some of their Classic dishes.

Mango-Berry Cooler

First up was of course the drinks! This was a really yummy tropical blend of fresh mangos, strawberries, pineapple juice, orange juice and sweet & sour mix topped with lemon-lime soda. You can ask for it to be served in a Hurricane glass.

Groupie Grind

This drink is a housemade pina colada mix and pineapple juice blended with a strawberry swirl, served in a Martini glass. It was magnificent!

Crispy Sea Bass

I felt that this pan-fried sea bass fillet didn't have the fishy taste that lingers on a lot of fishes that I eat (and hate). It was soft and served with pesto sauce!

Seafood Platter

This was my favourite dish out of the 4! There's a variety of battered sea bass fillet, grilled prawns, seasoned fries WHICH WAS VERY ADDICTIVE, calamari rings and soft shell crab. It wasn't too overly greasy, as if I'm eating a platter of oil.
I like the prawns out of all because it was juicy and the meat was grilled well.

Chilli Crab Spaghetti

The garlic toast by the side sure made the dish looked angelic. I think. Oh well, it's an American thing!
This dish was very Singaporean style, with a little mix of Western! Everyone agreed that it looked and tasted very similar to another local dish - Mee Goreng. I felt that it didn't taste like pasta due to the sticky and dry taste. Also, normally I like to add cheese to my spaghetti, but there wasn't any for this dish. Not sure whether to classify this as spaghetti or not...

Do take note that this was a little bit too spicy for me. For spicy lovers, this would be heaven!

Crab Fried Rice

This was our last seafood dish. It was very unexpecting to find something so Asian style in this Western place. You can find crab meat, prawns and mushrooms hidden amongst the olive rice, all wrapped up in an egg omelette. Great for those who are looking for a healthy alternative and us Asians who need our daily carbs (rice)!

Hickory Smoked Bar-B-Que Ribs

Next up, we had their Classics. This was my favourite, and it's from their Smokehouse Menu! My eyes lighted up in glee as I tried this full rack of West Tennessee-style ribs, which is rubbed then basted with their authentic Hickory BBQ sauce. It was practically cooked to perfection, and the meat... It was meaty and easy to chew it off. It is served with seasoned fries, ranch beans & fresh coleslaw.

Twisted Mac, Chicken & Cheese

I posted a picture of this on Instagram (@iisjong), and I received a lot of comments telling me how this was their favourtie dish! From the Entrees Menu, this dish was served with garlic toast. Right on top of the macaroni is grilled chicken breast, topped off twisted cavatappi pasta. As for the macaroni itself, it is tossed in a lightly spiced 3-cheese sauce, with garlic roasted red peppers and Romano parsley bread crumbs. It's really yums, no wonder it got so many people salivating when they saw it!

Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae

Moving on to my favourite part of the night - the desserts!

This divine dessert we have right here is a combination of Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream and hot fudge on a fresh brownie, topped with chopped walnuts, chocolate sprinkles, fresh whipped cream and a cherry. It was sinful but worth it!

Mud Pie

You HAVE to try this when you're at Hard Rock Cafe! With a cookie crust filled with a heavenly concoction of coffee and chocolate ice cream topped with hot fudge and crunchy almond flakes, this was THE BOMB. Up till today, I cannot forget the yummilicious of this.

Overall, Hard Rock Cafe is definitely a good candidate as an oasis for hungry souls who are looking for heaven in their mouth and bellies, and at the same time, bask in a pretty damn good environment. Now with the newly launched seafood dishes, it's definitely THE place to be for food! *licks lips*

Santa Fe Spring Rolls
This western spring rolls are quite unique as are stuffed with spinach, black beans, cilantro, corn, jalapenos, diced red peppers and Jack cheese. The freshly made sauces (Hard Rock Salsa, guacamole and Chipotle Ranch dressing) really goes well with the spring rolls hence are also nice and special

Tupelo Chicken Tenders
This is quite similar to chicken nuggets The chicken meat inside is well-seasoned with crispy skin and not to be missed are the honey-mustard and Hickory BBQ sauces on the side

Hickory-Smoked Chicken Wings
This is my first time eating smoked chicken wings. The wings are well marinated and well-smoked with a nice and unique aroma. It also come with a choice of Classic Rock, Heavy Metal or Tangy BBQ sauces. As I like BBQ stuff, hence I choose BBQ sauces to go with the wings and after tasting, is a perfect combination!!

Potato Skins
To me, the potato skins taste like normal potato chips but filled with extra ingredients with Jack & Cheddar cheeses, crispy bacon and green onions and also served with sour cream for dipping.

The Service
The waitress are friendly and always with a smile and serves the food promptly with excellent service.

The Ambience
On every night, there is a Live band who played rock music which made me feel relaxed and soothing to the ears which made my dining experience perfect !!

I went there for a lovely meal after one fun filled day at universal studios. The ambience is very comforting. The burger is really wholesome, you got plenty of vegetables in it. the meat is very juicy. but of all the thing on the plate, I love the bread the most. It was toasted till very crispy, the inside is moist and soft. when you take a bite, you will experience different textures, from the crispy bread to the tender meat. The sandwich and salad at hard rock is absolutely delicious. The ambience is very comforting. The previous time, my colleague and i went to Hard Rock Cafe to have our lunch.As we ordered a lunch set, so there was no discount even though i have a POSB/DBS card for discount promotion. Hopefully i will have the chance to try other food next time. american food is good and asking my friends to go there try out. Although it is opened for many years, but i think the restaurant is still very charming . Food is good, service is good, price is quite reasonable. Definitely will come back to dine a

american food is good and asking my friends to go there try out. Although it is opened for many years, but i think the restaurant is still very charming . Food is good, service is good, price is quite reasonable. Definitely will come back to dine again.
