Launched as Halal Japanese Restaurant, Hei Sushi was making their effort to meet demand of Muslim community. Using premium quality for food preparation, there was strictly non-lard ingredients guaranteed. Design was similar as you seen at Sakae Sushi, friendly greenish and simple trendy décor in general. Service was attentive, all their staffs appeared readily to help.We ordered Unagi, Salmon, Kani Maki, Inari and Ebi Sushi, spoilt of choices indeed. With traditional flavours but innovative combinations, there was always something to satisfy my craving. Ingredients were fresh, rice was fluffy wrapped inside. Seasoned well, it was best eaten while accompanied the teriyaki sauce. Tantalizing cuisine which light and refreshing, it was healthier choice without any greasy feeling. Price was slightly expensive if compared to Sakae Sushi, each of the colour plate was priced at $2.38++.

Introduction
Hei Sushi was conceived by the same people who came up with Sakae Sushi. It is the first and only halal Japanese belt sushi restaurant in Singapore. Hei Sushi was launched as a halal restaurant in March 2008 and it aims to meet the demand for halal Japanese food.
