Signature Dishes
Located on the middle stretch of beo crescent is this humble fried carrot cake shop. The young girl pressumably the owners' daughter takes orders and the lady boss is super busy frying away. Most of the customers order the large $3 carrot cake and walk away and come back to pick up the carrot cake. The owner fries very quickly and is able to quickly serve up the customers. Here is my portion of $2.50 white carrot cake. The exterior is burnt to perfection and the aroma of the fish sauce is so fragrant! The lady boss uses ample egg to ensure that there's egg on every part of the carrot cake! All in all, my carrot cake cravings were satisfied!
