Here is the herbal chicken soup that was recommended by my friends. It was really nice and i like the chicken meat a lot! The soft chicken that is tender with very strong herbs taste and there is wolf berries all this which are edible ingredients that is added to soup. The watercress with pork ribs soup is one of my favourite soup in this chinese restaurant. Every mouthful of it is filled with that thick flavour of watercress and the sweetness from the pork ribs. The watercress stems are crunchy whereas the pork ribs are very tender, juicy and not too oily. The soup is clear and not too oily compare to other places. Moreover there are also quite many pieces of wolf berries found in the soup which is really good for our health and eye sight too. Normally I will eat it with a bowl of fragrant plain rice and it is so satisfying. continue reading
