fishball noodles $3: the noodles had a springy texture while the sauce was a little too sweet due to the generous amount of ketchup added into the mixture of sauces. The fishball noodles were done teochew style and it tasted rather decent. The fishballs were fresh, soft (probably not much gypsum powder added) and had the fishy taste, in a good way (which means they did use quality ingredients to make the fishballs unlike the factory-produced ones).
