Signature Dishes
One of the perfect dishes to fill up my tummy, especially I was feeling hungry on rainy day. Ban Mian was a common food in most of the foodcourts and hawker centers, basic and nice to eat. The stall was running by a ladyboss, capable and totally handmade based on own recipe. I opted to order hot and soupy generous bowl. Ban Mian in irregular shape, the texture was depends on its dough. Soup was simple tasty, reminded me homely flavour. Budget value-for-money delicious noodles, it was $3.50 without egg.

I have to say this is certainly a wonderful plate of dry hand made noodles. It is absolutely delicious and its choke full of ingredients too! Although it has been a few months since i last had this, I still crave for it once in a while. Maybe I should go try to soup version soon. The noodles are cooked al dente, the mince pork is very well marinated. Comes with a pretty looking egg, 2 fried wantons, lots of veggies and finally topped with some ikan bilis. NICE!

This stall sells good handmade noodles. I loved their soup as the soup was so sweet and tasty, but you will not feel thirsty after drinking it. This shows that there is no msg in the soup. Their handmade noodles are very chewly and had a nice texture. Normally I will order the "Ban Mien" a type of slightly thicker noodles or the "Mien Fan Guo" a flat square type of noodles. Each bowl comes with a generous amount of vegatables, fried ikan bilis and 1 fried wanton (for some dishes only). Their fried wantons are very crispy and you can also just buy the wantons. Really good and cheap.
