Believed peoples who ever went to Tsim Sha Tsui will know this, Egglet was so famous. Basically it was a Chinese-style waffle made from an eggy batter, something simple but satisfied. With multiple outlets in Singapore, I was having mine without suffering an expensive air-ticket all the way to Hong Kong. Few delicious flavours, patrons were spoilt for choices. I first tried the pastries (is that what you call them?) when they first opened an outlet in Jurong Point and back then the choices were limited – plain, chocolate and some others. Bought it from this outlet at jurong point which took me nearly fifteen minutes to have my egglet ready for collection. The egglets was very crunchy and fresh. At merely $3.8 per piece, is consider quite affordable. The pizza flavour was quite flavourful and not too salty and quite appetizing. There is als9 mild cheese taste in it as well.
