I like the silky texture of thin strips of Hor Fun which is a bit unusual from other restaurants.
There were a few pieces of chunk braised beef shanks and tendons cooked together with chunk white carrots.
The gravy that goes along with this dish was light and tasty. A few pieces of the blanched Hongkong baby Kai Lan
added freshness to this dish.
It would have been a better meal if the beef shanks are braised longer when the meat becomes extremely tender almost gelatinous.
