The FoodI ordered the signature noodle dish called "Cross Bridge" bee hoon which come with 11 different ingredients and 1 bowl of bee hoon and 1 big bowl of soup and was told to "cook" the noodles by myself. this is the signature and main dish of Honguo Restaurant which is the "scholar over the bridge mee sua". I am not too sure why is they called this name but they are some history behind. They serves Chinese cuisine, more to yunnan, Sichuan and etc. the menu Is quite extensive and I couldn't decide which to order. i went to honguo with my girlfriend. we decided to try their signature guo qiao mee fen. It is a unique dish cos when the food comes, everything is separated. The soup, noodles and ingredients are all served separately. The soup is really good, very tasty, when you add in the ingredients, it taste even better, sweeter. The mee fen is vey smooth, simply glides down the throat.

My colleagues and I went there for dinner while shopping in NEX.We ate their Yunnan Mee Sua. Their 麻辣鱼片火锅 is simply delicious!口水鸡 is delicious too!3 of us ordered these items and it was extremely filling. It is worth to go back and try again. You have to skip the lunch and dinner hour as it can be pretty crowded and rowdy.
