Located at a corner of a newly opened building called CapitaGreen. The place is relatively empty although located just opposite Lau Pa Sat. There is soft music with free wifi provided. All drinks $10 nett during happy hour 5-7pmA very new place and not crowded. Guess everyone thought it's just another coffee place. There's beers (cider, corona, asahi, #9, dream machine, lindemans Kriek, westmalle, bavik) at $12, wines (Sauvignon blanc, chanti, Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Pinot Grigio, Shiraz cab sav) at $16/glass, $70/ bottle, cocktails ( espresso, cappuccino, classic martini, vodka cranberry, red bull, gin tonic, cosmopolitan, negroni, White Russian).Espresso Martini ($16)Feel the bitterness of the coffee that one easily forgets about the alcohol in it. The alcohol effect kicks in strong after the bitterness goes off.It is served with complimentary peanuts. You could help yourself to the ice water at the side.Canele Bouchée ($2)It tastes a bit dry without the hard caramelized texture outside or the moist and creamy inside.Overall a great place to chilli and relax after work as it is not crowded or noisy. Best thing the drinks is not too expensive. continue reading
