There was quite a queue at this stall which has the hao chi sign and the queue never shortens. The whole time we were having our meal, it just remained at the same length! I shared a whole chicken with three other friends. I ate most of the breast meat so I can't really comment on how the skin/ thigh tasted. The breast meat was not too tough, still shreddy. I felt that the chicken was not too overly oily. You've got to pour the oil over before you feel the oiliness. Nevertheless, the flavour was still there! Adding the oil just made it more awesome. The rice was not sticky and was fragrant.
