Since they set up a soba making corner, we must say about their soba. Frankly, soba is just so so, buckwheat and flour proportion isn't upto the so-called perfect. Though it isn't too bad.

We have no big complain as the price and food quantity are expected to be in line. For casual dinning, it is fine.

Recently, I fall in love with Ichiban Boshi, my new favourite Japanese restaurant. While dining with my bf, I decided to try Sukiyaki Wazen set meal, which consists of claypot beef with assorted vegetables, salmon sashimi (my favourite) , udon, appetizer, miso soup, rice and fruit. I have ordered this in other Japanese restaurants and wanted to try whether this is as good.

It didn't disappoint me, though the soup base for the claypot was rather salty (the color looked like soya sauce!) The service was rather efficient as we were served promptly and the ambience was welcoming with warm lighting. It was filling too so definitely worth going there again!
