I am so glad when my bro called me to ask what i want from Ikea, and to his surprised, the thing i want is not ikea's products but rather the ikea's food. haha....so ended up i got this takeaway meatballs with potatoes as my dinner yum yum....totally fall in love with ikea food. like the sauce to goes with the mash potatoes, soft, warm and everything nice. next time will order more definitely!

Ikea had stopped issuing plastic bag for customers for quite some time. And they even stop letting people to take away food at this restaurant. As a fan of their chicken wings and swedish ball, this was a bad news for me. I used to take away the fried chicken wings quite often last time. Spend a lazy afternoon at Ikea looking at furniture for the new year and having lunch at the restaurant at the same time. Although the restaurrant is huge with alot of tables and chair, it was still hard to find a seat. Managed to get a seat after 15 minutes, we had to order our food at the counter ourself. ikea a place to shop and eat too =)there are free flow of drinks.. depending on what you buy.. coffee or soft drinks..get to eat nicechicken wings.. beef balls... cakes and many others..other than chicken wings.. this almond cake taste not bad.. soft and not too sweet. give it a try to see =)

I always has a hard time looking for a free table at Ikea's restaurant during lunch or dinner time so it is better to get there early. I decided to try out the cheese baked saithe with potatoes and carrot. The fish was nicely cooked with a tasty cheesy coating and the potatoes and carrots were cooked just nice and goes well with the fish.

fish & chip!Their fish and chips is good! Very nicely fried. It is also not fishy at all unlike some others which I have tried. Very appetizing! Their fries are good too! Not too salty. The portion however is too big that we cant finish it, although we really wanted to as it is too good! However, the fish is oily.

food is restaurant standard and price is reasonable and cheap, my mom is a Friends so she can redeem a discounted friends meal and free softdrink or coffee. they make it freeflow and it is so worth it. must try its meatball- pork and beef so tasty and soft, combination of the sauce it is more delicious. With a plate of meatballs safely on my tray, I also took a plate of chicken wings as the smell just got me hooked.
