These char siew bao are our favourite snack during the tea time hours. The bao texture is very fluffy and compact and is simply delicious. The char siew meat inside is very fragrant, tender and juicy. YOu will never have enough of it and usually we will order more than a dozen to share with our whole family members. The price is reasonable and sold out very fast daily as well.

My colleague suggested we went to imperial treasure for dinner. what I like most of all the food we ordered was the xiao long bao. The xiao long bao was very juicy. the skin was not too thick, however when you use your chopstick to pick it up, it does not break. the soup in the xiao long bao was very tasty and not too salty. the meat was minced very finely. When dipped in the vinegar, it taste absolutely good.

The Dan Dan Mian had the correct taste but there seemed to be a lack of spring onions or vegetables. They also didn't properly "cut" the noodles.

To be honest, I was disappointed with the presentation of the dishes that came out of the kitchen. The dumplings and xiao long bao that we also ordered came out not looking like a decent shape (hence, no pictures). Thankfully, the skin didn't break, but the skin seemed rather thick and not even in all the spots.

I would recommend that if you order the xiao long bao, ordering the dumplings may seem repetitive cause they tasted rather similar.
Note to self to not come here to eat when wanting to impress others or with not-so-close company.

As stated in the name of the restaurant, this place specialises in La Mian and Xiao Long Bao. I should have ordered the La Mian instead of the Shanghai fried rice which is a disappointment. What I get looks totally different as how it looks like in the menu. If you compare the picture 2 with the one in the menu, you will notice that there is no prawn in the Shanghai fried rice which is served to me. Nevertheless, the rest of the dishes such as the salted egg yolk prawn, the beijing dumpling, xiao long bao and the mango puddling taste quite good.

In short, you can try of the food except for the fried rice.

Had dinner with my realatives at Imperial Treasure La Mian Xiao Long Bao. Their Xiao Long Bao Shanghai Steamed Pork Dumplings were served piping hot, and were fabulous! One bite into the delicate and smooth skin would result in an outburst of its flavorful soup. The pork filling was quite generous too! My uncle felt it was not enough, but I like it just the way it is, so that I wont get to sick of it after eating a few ‘longs’

i headed to imperial treasure for some chinese dinner. I was not really a fan of traditional chinese food but I still went along with my family. They ordered a lot of dish, like zi char. My favourite is the crab. It was so fresh, I managed to take a pincer. It was fat and juicy. so fresh that it was really very sweet. the gravy they cooked the crab in was very tasty, but a little salty. Nevertheless, it was so delicious!

Passed by this restaurant many times, finally we gave it a try and it was the first and the last too. Reason, tons of msg serve in their food which I couldn’t accept it, I don’t mind msg to enhance the flavour but it shouldn’t be the ONLY flavour. We were arranged to be seating in the centre roll, pretty closed to our neighbour table. Menu is offering similar food as Crystal Jade Xiao Long Bao, we would expect their standard should be somewhere near too since they look like competing each other

Xiao long bao was very juicy, beef shin(muscle) was overcooked, lack of texture and too soft, stew fatty pork was soft, la mian was fine, the above food were loaded with msg, if you like msg, it is a good news. I got to drink nonstop of water to wash away the msg aftertaste effect.

Nope, it wasn’t a restaurant for me.

Imperial Treasure La Mian Xiao long bao is my favourite la mian xiao long bao restaurant out of all!!!

Their beef brisket noodles with chilli oil is a MUST TRY!!!!
The beef is very tender, soup is awesome and the portion is just nice.
I love their prawn with xue cai(some kind of preserved veggie) fried rice,
It tastes perfect, if you add chilli or some soya sauce into it.
Definitely better than the xue cai fried rice at Crystal jade.
Xiao long bao was good too, the skin is not too thick and the soup inside the xiao long bao
taste just nice.
This time round, my friend and i decided to try the duck tongue and suan la soup(sour and spicy soup) Both are very appetising.
Soup was thick, not like those watery bland one. Many ingredients in the soup as well.
My friend and I were snatching and fighting over the duck tongue, it was really very nice.
The photograph doesn't do much justice to the duck tongue.

Service wise, it was great. Staffs were attentive. Waiting time was short too!
DEFINITELY A MUST VISIT PLACE

Recently, i feel like eating Xiao Long Bao and decided to have lunch with my friends at Imperial Treasure @ Marina Square. Price very reasonable, food is good. I order Za Jiang La Mian, La Mian is soft and springy. The sauce went well with the noodles, not too spicy. The only thing i feel is that the amount of sauce is too little. Definitely, will visit there again for my Xiao Long Bao

i went to Imperial Treasure restaurant with a group of friends lately, we order different kinds of la mian... the noodles were handmade and very chewy. the soup is very tasty and thick. my friend ordered the zha jiang mian, the meat sauce was simply awesome. despite the restaurant name sounding very expensive... the food prices are very reasonable with a bowl of la mian costing less than 10 bucks. the xiao long bao also taste really good, skin not too thick yet will not break when held with chop
