Was planning to pick up something from Tampines One and decided to head to Imperial Treasure for lunch since we have never tried the food at this branch before. It was crowded during lunch and we had to wait 20mins before getting our table. The dishes were similar to what Crystal Jade has to offer but I didn't find the standard of the food any better than Crystal Jade and my fren concurred too.

Ever since it's finally opened in Tampines, we almost forgot about Crystal Jade. Love that the very value-for-money high-tea sets, the macaroni (esp satay beef one) is of tip top quality, like wat we ate in HK when we were a child, cooked with real soup. (It's hard to find even in HK nowadays) When I eat soup noodle, even Jap ramen, I usually leave the soup at the end as its mostly consist of MSG or nothing at all. However at Imperial Treasure, I naturally finish the whole thing & wish they put

The only problem with it is that there's only like how many tables inside? Always a long queue & crowded feeling, we always think that they should take the Esprit space instead ;p It's even smaller than Kim Gary...
