I came to have dim sum here on a weekday afternoon with my family. The dim sum dishes that are offered are mostly your standard fare. The dish that stood out the most was the liu sha bao. The pau was filled to the brim with molten hot custard. The custard was sweet and savory at the same time with a strong salted egg flavour. The skin is also soft and fluffy and pairs with the pau very well. dim sum here is not cheap though at about $4+/basket.
