I came to have dim sum here on a weekday afternoon with my family. The dim sum dishes that are offered are mostly your standard fare. The dish that stood out the most was the liu sha bao. The pau was filled to the brim with molten hot custard. The custard was sweet and savory at the same time with a strong salted egg flavour. This is my first time trying dim sum at an imperial treasure outlet. The list of dim sum offered here during lunch time is not too extensive but covers all the basic dishes. One dish i liked was the cheong fun with prawns which had a really smooth cheong fun encasing smooth succulent juicy prawns.
