I have been to this restaurant on multiple occasions . For lunch, instead of steamboat, which you need to cook and it can be quite time-consuming, you can opt for dim sum and ala carte dishes.As it was a business meeting, we opted for the ala carte and dim sum options.Here are the meal highlights:- Soup with Prawn Dumpling (Shui Jiao): soup is rich and the dumpling had minced pork, black fungus and prawns. This soy sauce chicken noodle is super super nice. The noodle is cooked to perfection, no starch taste since it's totally cooked. And it's soft. It absorbs the sauce well too therefore every mouth is flavorful The chicken is nice too. Soft and tender, and the meat does not have blood on it. Dipped it inside the sauce and it's delicious. The restaurant offers premium steamboat with really fresh and high quality food. Price is a bit steep but definitely worth it for the freshness and quality. Besides ala carte menu, it does offer set menu for 2 and 4 persons too. My friends and I went for the set menu for 4 person. My favourite is the crab. It was so fresh, I managed to take a pincer. Had dim sum at imperial treasure although they are more well known for their steamboat here, but they do offer dim sum at lunch time also! Ordered the usual dim sum like har gao, siew mai etc. I like their har gao as the prawns were really fresh and big as well. The siew mai wasn't too bad too. Their baked BBQ pork pastry was awesome. When my family and I arrived at the restaurant, the entrance was packed with people waiting to be served. The staff then told us that their seating are almost full everyday so it is recommended to make a reservation before coming down.
