Different with Chinese-style Rojak, Indian version won the hearts of many. Located at neighbourhood area, the stall was rather popular. Presentation on tray was tempting, ingredients were arranged nicely with some slightly burnt. Halal Cert obtained, all Malay patrons were welcomed. Cutting skill was impressive, I watched the performance before the food served up. A good dish was lied in the fiery reddish gravy, highly addictive. Could not resist dipping every morsel along savoury, platter was sweet and spicy with arrival of minced peanuts. Prawn dough was fresh, crackers were crunchy at the same time. Assorted Veggies hidden provided extra crispiness and balanced well the heavy flavours, absolutely perfect match. Portion was generous, it can be fitted up to three person. continue reading
