I prefer the J CO Donuts to that of Chewy Junior because they taste really fresh and soft. Everytime I try, they taste like freshly baked. The icing coating on top of the donuts are even better. At least theirs do not belong to those hard icing but rather melted coating. Headed down to the national library for a short research and study session before raya celebrations at friend's. After studying, I got so hungry I had to have something! Walked past baskin Robbins and thought it was too expensive therefore I just headed down the escalator and saw j.co! With the arrival of Krispy Kreme in October, I decided to get my fix of doughnuts before my appetite for them starts increasing till I couldn't control! Green Tea Donut: The green tea donut was really true to its name. It tasted just like I was drinking green tea itself instead of eating it! The cream was quite thick and although it stuck to my hand while I was maneuvering it, it was an easy lick off of my finger! My favourite! Cookies and Cream: I can never resist anything that's made of cookies and cream. It's like bringing me back to relive my childhood again. I would prefer if they had more "cream" part on it although the cookies part made up for it. This felt a little more oily than the green tea one. Nevertheless, both these doughnuts were really good and I hope J.CO donut will still survive even with the opening of Krispy Kreme. P.S. J co mini donuts are absolutely adorable! They are colorful and bite sized so you can pop the whole thing into your mouth at one go! The good thing about mini doughnuts is that they allow you to try many different donut flavours! This makes them really great as finger food for a party! Donuts are always an excellent choice of food for teabreak. Since we can't get krispy kremes in Singapore, J.co is a good substitute for warm donuts :)The donut on the top is "WHy Nut", while the one on the bottom is "Copa Banana". (sry for the bad lighting). I passed by this outlet at Bugis and saw those really colourful pictures of their yogurt and decided to try it. Both the J Co sharing yogurt to share with my sister. Only plain yogurt is available and 4 choices of toppings are topped on it. The yogurt was quite smooth in texture and not too sweet, but thought it melts really fast. It was a evening treat from some of our colleague that took the effort to travel there and back . I chose the strawberry flavor as i enjoys strawberry , and then it was really strawberry-ish. I love the strawberry chocolate taste and the mushy and soft strawberry that is in there.
