The table next to me was complaining on their service whole night long, which was kind of irritating to me... I just wanted to have a quiet and peaceful evening with my family. But I do have to agree with her with some points that she pointed out as the service was really quite bad that day . I waited at the entrance for nearly half an hour for the seat but was actually told that the waiting time was around 10-15 minutes. It didn't really bother me as I was resting my leg after a day of shopping.The serving staffs were much friendlier , as least he took my order with a smile. It has been quite a while since I visited Jack's place. I think almost 10 YRS! The food seemed really normal to me and I do think that they should introduce some premium cut which matches the price. There are too many other restaurant which offer value to money steak at a similar price that I pay here.
