Wandering over the food junction, it was quite crowded during lunch hour. Especially the Japanese Cuisine stall, I suffered in a lengthy queue. Fried along with Teriyaki sauce over the pan, it was sizzling hot while serving. The essential criteria, the rice cannot to be too mushy in nature. Fluffy and chewy texture, the sweet soy sauce was blended evenly although with a slightly burnt. Runny and slippery half-boiled egg was put at the centre, either stir-mixed it up or swallow it. Two Tempura Prawns were given, golden crispy layer with firm flesh. Overall was a huge portion, yet I was able to finish it. Price was $6.50, expensive but expected.

Having my dinner at bugis junction level 3 food court, this food court always is packed. Every stall also long queue, especially this Japanese Cuisine stall, their menu is many choice to choose, I ordered both salmon bento set. It come with 2 salmon, vege salad and rice. The rice is abit dry, but the salmon itself taste juicy with some terriyaki sauce, overall is not bad. And there a mayonnaise to paste with the salmon. The taste more flavorful.

I haven't tried Japanese cuisine much but the food from this stall looked very appealing so I ordered their Teriyaki Chicken. It definitely didn't disappoint! The chicken was fried and then topped with the teriyaki sauce. The chicken was still quite crisp when I ate it and very tender and flavourful. It was heaven with each bite.Very yummy indeed!

The presentation and neatness must be given a thumbs up for the promotion Omu rice (omelette rice) topped in curry sauce with chicken/pork bits ( you can choose, I chose pork).Curry was not spicy at all, and they gave the right dose of it to accompany you throughout your meal. It is well done and the promotion price of $4.5 was a perfectly good choice. How the omelette was cooked as I observed and how the cook wraps the rice neatly in a long cylindric form and placing it into the hot stone deserves the Grade A cleanliness.

Given the highest score as for me I consider it to be one of the to-go stalls in this food court.

i was walking around bugis with my family and we headed to the food court for dinner. I ordered from the japanese stall as it was kind of short queue. I ordered a bento which has both salmon and chicken. Both were prefectly cooked. The salmon was sweet and it was topped with terriyaki sauce. The chicken is crispy and tender. It was really good!

I love Japanese food in nature. Often at food courts, I would go for the Japanese Cuisine stall as well.I ordered the Omu Rice- egg omelet filled with Japanese rice inside and gravy with teriyaki chicken pieces. The dish wasn't too oily but tasty and filled my tummy well. The teriyaki chicken was well-marinated too and crispy. I also requested for more teriyaki sauce to go with my rice, the guy smiled and willingly gave.No regrets about this stall.
