Can tell that this is a Hokkien style Bak Kut Teh from the colour of the soup. The Hokkien dialect group prefer saltier food thus more soy sauce was used in cooking the soup and this resulted in a darker colour soup. The soup is rather tasty. The pork meat is tender and well-cooked unlike some outlets where the prok meat is either too hard and difficult to chew or too dry.The preserved vegetable is another dish to be ordered.
