Although the colour of the caipok at this outlet is slightly darker than usual one elsewhere, dont let the dark colour turn you off, as this is really one of the best i have tried.The caipok is unbelievably crispy, i have never tried crispy caipok.The usual ones i had are mostly soggy, but this one provides you with a nice bite. Located at a corner in the kopitiam, many may miss but this is one of the many stalls that no one should miss.Comes in 4, 6 or 8 pcs, I always frequent there whenever I passes-by and want supper for myself and family.It is smooth and has fragrant toppings, but the secret lies in the SAMBAL CHILLI!!
