I am certainly a very big fan of hot stone rice. I decided to give the one at the new stall at I12 Katong Food Republic a try. This hot stone rice is definitely one of the better ones and I am glad that I have tried it. Their kimchi is very crunchy, fresh and juicy. The best part is that it's not too spicy, very suitable for me as I cannot take food that's too spicy. I like the Japanese rice used here as it's purple in colour. I am not sure what types of rice they have used, but they're certainly quality rice. The different types of vegetables used are also fresh and nice. Headed straight to the stall when I entered the food court. It had been quite awhile since I had eaten Korean food, and I had never tried this dish at food court before. The rice was served in the stone ware as usual, and presentation was good. But disappointing taste!
