FoodOrder the pork liver and kidney mee sua as my lunch on a saturday rainy afternoon. A hot bowl of soup is most suitable and comfortable for me to keep myself warm for a rainy day.Although my order was only kidney and pork liver, I found extra ingredients in my soup like the intestine. Soup is peppery and it will be better if it can be less peppery. They mentioned that the auntie is teochew, for teochew style, soup will be more peppery and for hokkien style, soup will be blacker and saltier. My mee sua in the soup, yam yam!The liver was not over cooked and you can see a little bit of blood. As for the kidney, somehow it stinks, they should do proper / thorough wash before cooking them.ServiceSelf service.
