I have always enjoyed my Hakka Noodles, even though I don’t really eat much pork. It was slightly different with the local Minced Pork Noodles, Hakka-style was in specialty stirred fried pork and garnished along with lots of spring onions. Palely plain looking noodle was non-fried version, surprisingly elastic and bouncy. As it was original without flavoured, therefore the topping was important. I cannot say it was traditional one yet very delightful every bite, springy noodles absorbed perfect

Palely plain looking noodle was non-fried version, surprisingly elastic and bouncy. As it was original without flavoured, therefore the topping was important. I cannot say it was traditional one yet very delightful every bite, springy noodles absorbed perfectly with brackish minced pork. By the way, I added little bit chilli to make it spicy, of course it was optional. It costed $3.50 for mine, still okay for the price.
