Was at causeway point walking around doing some shopping with my friend. We pass by this restaurant by the name of Kazokutei. We see the menu the food was quite tempting, prices were reasonable as well. And there were quite a lot of people inside the restaurant. So we decided to try the food. We looked through the menu and place the order for our food. The food came hot, and it was really delicious, just by looking, it sure tempts you a lot.

Ordered chicken chop at this restaurant which is located at causeway point. It looks like a small Japanese village found in the shopping mall. It is quite worthwhile to dine in there. The chicken chop is nice, not too salty and the portion is quite big too.But it is also quite oily .As i tear the skin,i can see the oil, recently im quite scare of oil, because i don want to have heart attack.By the way,we still had a nice dinner over there. Will go there again to try on other food.

Went there with friend after hanging around. After went through the menu, we ordered Hamburger Meal, Sramble Egg with Chicken and Soft Shell Crab. First bite, the chicken was a bit soggy, I think it maybe mix up with the gravy. I quite like the gravy which mix with the egg because its not really salty and goes well with the rice. The handmade udon was good. The soup was quite nice and love the texture of the udon which is smooth, quite firm and 'Q'. The hamburger was average. Its not really tend

The fries was normal. I like the tofu, it was very soft in texture and I think it had been marinated for a while. The soft shell crab was normal, not very interesting.

Anyone tried before Kazokutei that is newly open @ causeway point I tried it together with my 2 other friends for dinner and the food taste delicious The staff serve us to our seats once they saw us however we had to wait quite a long time for just 3 cups of ice water. Shira Udon ordered by one of my friend. The soup taste fresh because of the few slices of white carrot that enhance the soup taste. But i feel that is not worth the price because there's only a few slices of white carrot. Koku Ud

It also come w raw egg which is needed to add into the soup, a bowl of udon and also come with 2 piece of chicken. The soup is nice just that it taste quite vegetable due to the different types of veggies added together w the soup. but overall is nice

The chicken cubes was coated with some delicious and fragrant batter, it was deep fried till very crispy and juicy. the omu rice was really good. love the egg that wrapped the rice. the fries were very crispy, a contrast to the soft omu rice. the soup was really tasty, goes well with the rice.

Our order consisted of an omurice set, a kimchi udon set and shrimp tempura. I was sorely disappointed with the shrimp tempura as I could tell the shrimps weren't fresh. The batter was very crispy though. The omurice set was nothing to shout about, and reminded me of those served in a coffee-shop. The kimchi udon was rather bland and tasteless. It's a pity, as the shop displays made the restaurant look promising.

I ordered the chicken cutlet omu rice. The portion was kind of miserable for the chicken cutlet. But the chicken cutlet tasted really good, the batter coating the chicken was absolutely delicious. The chicken was very tender. There were French fries served along side the chicken cutlet and rice. The fries tastes quite similar to that of McDonald's. The
Omu rice was not how I expect it to be. The rice was a little clumpy.

The waiter was rather blur, he went to key our other without the discount. Luckily we checked or we had to pay $4 extra. So do check your bill before paying.
