This little outlet is easily masked by the queue at SG Pools beside it. I've actually walked past it many times without noticing its existence! There aren't many seats in there, so might not be suitable for group gatherings.I haven't eaten KFC for a long time, since my last memory of it was that it was oily and full of fat-cluttered batter. Somehow, that negative memory diminished over time, and I was curious what KFC could be offering as its CNY festive meal. I found out - Golden Cereal Cru

I haven't eaten KFC for a long time, since my last memory of it was that it was oily and full of fat-cluttered batter. Somehow, that negative memory diminished over time, and I was curious what KFC could be offering as its CNY festive meal. I found out - Golden Cereal Crunch!

It was excellent!
It re-kindled my love for fried chicken all over again (ok, I never did lost it...
)! It's like an expanded version of the spicy version, only with much more crisp to it. There was less fat clinging to the chicken skin as well, and the meat was tender and juicy! Awesome!
Portions served at this outlet were big chicken pieces (I have to mention this since I noticed the serving size at each outlet varies). KFC really ought to include this entry in their regular menu, and offer a 3-piece chicken meal option.

I swopped the sweet drink for green tea, so can't comment on this. Coleslaw and whipped potato were the usual fare.

Pricewise, it cost $7.80. The rate our fast food prices are inflating and shrinking servings, I don't grapple well with this cost, even though this new entry is pegged lower than the usual 2-piece chicken meal. Strange, isn't it? I would have expected this new entry to cost more. But then again, the usual 2-piece chicken meal is severely over-priced...
