Signature Dishes
Visited KFC at Northpoint on a weekend during lunchtime. Queue was rather long and had to wait for about 15 minutes. Had to takeaway as the place was packed. Ordered crispy chicken and french fries with root beer. The fries were a little soggy by the time I brought them back, but were still tasty as these improved fries are thicker and better. I also liked the Crispy Chicken as the combination of spiciness and crispness was perfect. Service was good and efficient. Overall, I liked the fries and crispy chicken very much and was satisfied with the service provided.

Freshly baked egg tarts - A box of 6 for $7.50 ( 1 pc @ $1.30)I loved it! The egg tart was better than the KFC chicken. The crust was soft and flaky. The custard was like tofu, so soft! It totally melt in the mouth. Quick, go and try it if you havent try it!Impt note: Eat it while it's hot!

Best way to end the day is to have a good dinner! I dropped by the Northpoint KFC outlet on my way home to buy some delicious and sinful fried chicken!It’s been some time since I ate KFC, I was distracted by its many competitors like Popeyes, Texas Chicken etc.My dad used to work at KFC so I grew up with KFC, the chicken that I’ve been eating since young. Their 2 pcs original chicken is my favourite The dinner crowd was there when I queued but still quite fast in getting my takeaway chicken home!I love the mash potato, a flavour that I’ll never forget.Just nice, I was given my favourite parts of the chicken, the breast meat and the wing part.The chicken was tender and juicy, just like how I remembered them to be.Indeed, some things never change, finger licking good as always!

Listen good! KFC's a great fast-food restaurant for families, and particularly it was the KFC A.M porridge which got their breakfast menu really famous.Ordered the Original Recipe (containing scrambled eggs, chicken inside a pita bread). It was really a perfect combination with little chunks of tomato oozing out.The porridge is really thick, probably with lots of added preservatives, but it tasted really delicious, not so salty, and you can add your own stash of pepper!The hotcakes were a little dry. would have preffered mcdonalds one though.the coffee is a great wake-up call, after all the coffee culture in singapore is an excellent one!

Today Nana has bought dinner. She has 2 boxes of chicken - 1 crispy and 1 original.The first piece of crispy chicken which I attack on is full of bones and batter, and almost meatless. There seems to be more batter crisps then meat.The second piece of chicken which I have is original fare better, as it is more meaty.The whipped potato tastes so-so. Actually I feel it is not flavourful enough. Seems not enough spices.
