The Chinese fried carrot cakes is more convenient for me to eat after my work, where people usually love to have this dim sum as a dessert. Reason: I love dim sum. I used to order it every time I have dim sum. Although it looks plain, it's fillings are very nice because they are not dried and soft. continue reading

Congee $2.20. The texture was a bit thicker than the average congee. The taste was just nice, not overly sweet nor salty so there's actually no need to add any more condiments. There were some chopped meat and century egg in it which further enhanced the flavour.Char siew bao (70c or 80c)The skin was too thick and the fillings tasted average. It do not form the perfect bun imo which is supposed to have thinner skin. Siew Mai $1.80 for a basketThere was nothing special about the siew mai and it tasted normal. continue reading
