This Zhi Char stalls open for lunch even on weekday. It is popular on weekend dinner time. It has some dishes at special price like the curry fish head, French Bean etc. That night the vinegar pig trotters were at the special price of $8.The Bitter Gourd was fried with Black bean and Fish Fillet. It is not bitter and they are generous with the fish Fillets.The vinegar pig trotters came piping hot in a claypot. Taste is ok if you like the collagen rich dish. This was my favourite dish of the night. I like the spinach cooked in a broth with red dates and Bean Curd Puff.
