Please avoid this restaurant

My friends and myself visited this place on 22 Nov Fri for a bday celebration but was very disappointed with their food selection and customer service.

Not only their food selection were not anywhere close on what were shown on their webpage. Their staff were very rude to us as well.

At exactly 10pm, a man came to our table and told us rudely that he need to do housekeeping.

Realising that it is their closing time, we wanted to quickly take out our bday cake and requested nicely from their lady waitress Ruby to clear our table in order for us to quickly take some bday photo.

Instead of being helpful, she rudely told us off that its approaching 1030pm and they are closed at 10pm.

We looked at our watches and its only 1005pm. Ruby even challenged us to complain her to her management.

In the end, we ignored her and moved to another table and we left the premise at 1020pm.

Please avoid this place if u want to be treated decently as a paying customer.

Jessica

Food wise include the popular sashimi and sushi section, deep fried section, Japanese section and many more. Having patronized for several times, I think that the quality of their food has not dropped with some minor changes in some of their food choices. My favorite food is none other than the sashimi and sushi section. Their salmon sashimi is very fresh and the thickness is there. The sushi section offers around 6 different flavours which include the beancurd sushi, Maki sushi and many more. Some of the food that is worth mentioning includes the tako-yaki, deep fried ebi, chawamushi as well as the Japanese mini hot pot. Lastly, their dessert section does not offer waffle anymore as compared to the past which I think is quite is quite pity. Overall, with a wide variety of food at such a low price is definitely worth trying for everyone !!

Tried the seafood pasta next. So so. But it is definitely not something for people with low tolerant of heat to take. It was very spicy. One strand and you could taste the spiciness. It something you can give a miss.

Took the sashimi. The fish wasn't nice at all. The rest was okay. They also had cold prawns. The prawn shell were a little hard to peel for some. But still it tasted sweet and nice.

The best thing served at the buffet I feel is this hotpot. I love the soup- sweet and slightly bitter? A nice taste. We even use it to cook some of our sashimi.

The chawamushi- comes with crab meat and a ginko nut. The egg was a little saltier than what you normally get but still it was nice.

The best thing was their waffles! Thick, fluffly and yummy. They have a few sauce to go with it- jam, honey, chocolate and one other that I forgot. The waffle tasted best when drizzled with honey.

The jelly are not bad. I took the grape one. It was nice. They also have ice cream. One of them was wasabi. The wasabi was quite mild and a little sweet for me.
Not sure if I'll be back. But If my friends would like to try this place I would not mind going again.

Conclusion: This place is a very good place for gatherings for Big Groups because all their tables and chairs can be combined. The Seafood and Sashimi are all very fresh and safe to be eaten.

To avoid disappointment, trust me, make a reservation in advance. One thing I don’t like was we have to make our payment first before entering with 10% service charge and 7% GST. Given a number tag, it was to clip the food we want to order at each kitchen kiosk such as Hot Pot or a grill, our table was 63.

First round, it already involved Western, Chinese, Italian and Japanese. Bravo to have so many choices, this was the beauty of eating buffet. All their food was decent, fresh and appealing. Take our time eating slowly and enjoying cozy atmosphere. Pricing for adult during weekday was $19.80++, tremendously full after eating.

MUST TRIES are their SASHIMI, SEAFOOD, TEMPURA & DESSERT SECTION! They have a wide spread that is enough to satisfy everyone's Taste. Ranging from Oden to Fried Stuffs.

Great Place for big group gatherings or family gatherings!
But the bad point is that the noise level can get quite irritating at times and kids are running around at times which means you have to be EXTRA Careful when walking back to your table.

There are a wide selection of Drinks and Dilmah Teas are available too which i think is quite Good for a Buffet Place.

The last call was 2.30pm and we were kinda rush for our lunch. There are wide spread of varieties from sashimi, sushi, cooked foods, desserts and of course drinks. The basic buffet sections are available in Kiseki.

Salmon sashimi was fresh and thick slice. I had 2 rounds of salmon sashimi. Sushi served taste ok only. The mussels and prawns are fresh though. The side dishes such as chuka wakame, chuka hotate and chuka kuraage fare reasonably ok only. Pasta station is available and we were given the clips at out table serving so that we can have customize pasta. We ordered the pasta and feel that it is quite salty though.

Overall quality of the buffet is ok only. The varieties are quite fascinating but the quality of the food only fare so-so only. However, the buffet price is quite reasonable in terms of the value we can get dinning here. Service wise wasn't too attentive. The staff wasn't too friendly though. They came reminding few times about the last order which i know it's their duty to do so. But i would prefer to have it once only.

Even though I had a quizzy stomach that morning, I had two portions of the salmon, as both of us agreed that they were so fresh and good.  I also ate 4 pieces of the chilled prawns which were really fresh too.  The chawamushi was soft and very smooth, one of the better ones I have had.

For Pizzas, two types were flavourful but the Teriyaki Chicken was bland. We had one of the soup which had slices of pork and vegetables, and it was rather ordinary.

We also tried most of the BBQ food but found that they were rather dry.  For desserts,  we find the waffle batter too solid. It would be nicer if it is slightly more crisps.

The chilled green tea was very sweet & the cappuccino was nice after removing some of the milk. In general, we felt that the food was mediocre, and therefore over-priced.
