Somehow, if you follow the queue, more often than not, the food will be at least average. This stall commands quite a queue during lunch, so I joined in as well. I ordered the pig's organs soup and a bowl of rice. There are the pig's liver, pig's intestine, pig's stomach etc in the soup. In addition, there is also salted preserved vegetables which I thought helped made the soup even more flavourful and tasty. The different types of organs are all washed properly so there is absolutely no smell/taste. The liver is also not overcooked which made is very tender and easy to bite. I like dipping the ingredients into the dark soya sauce and eating it together with the rice. Delicious!
