Komala's restaurant is truly a vegetarian's paradise- serving exotic Indian delicacies from dosai to punjabi food. Most of the dishes cost just 5-8 dollars which is extremely reasonable for the quality and taste of food served.Besides having delicious food, one another characteristic of this restaurant is its centrally located in the heart of Little India making it very convenient to drop by. Lastly, the one very unique thing about this outlet which sets it apart from other Komala's outlets is the quality of service-among all the Komala's I have tried so far, this one has the most humble staff. So if you havn't eaten here before, my suggestion is JUST GO FOR IT ASAP Read More

Indian vegetarian food is always something quite different.Komala's has been around for many years now.Who can resist the delicious Thosai? This time, instead, decided to try the Butter Thosai. It was soft and had a rich buttery flavour. There were two different chutneys to go with it.The South Indian set meal seemed like a good deal - but the vegetables were overcooked. The Puree - crispy Indian pancake - with Indian mashed potatoes and spicy chickpeas - was piping hot and totally different. The service was fast but the ambience could have been less noisy.Read More
