Quite a famous yong tau foo stall, I have tried this a few times and found it generally nice to eat. The noodles are springy but a little too hard and would have been better if boiled slightly longer. The noodles are paired with mince meat and mince meat gravy and taste really fragrant and a good combination. The soup however tasted a little sweet probably sugar or msg was added into the soup.
