I was here at 11am so there weren't too many people. mainly tourists and people who work around the area probably. I ordered the Chicken Bibimbap Stonepot. After the staff took my order, I paid and as I was taking a photo of the storefront to take note so I can review. The staff (PRC) immediately scolded me for taking a photo and I think that's why I was given a smaller portion of meat as compared to others. I didn't pursue the matter and just walked away because I'm bigger than this. It's fine

Definitely my last time eating from this place. 313 has many floors of shops that you can go jalan jalan and neighbour to other malls at Orchard Road.

Yup, craving for korean food again and this time I shall have the Bibimbap. This is also another dish that I didn't find it fantastic when first eaten in Korea but now I sort of like it. Probably watching too much of those korean drama where they stuffed a huge spoonful of the rice into their mouth spoon after spoon just make me want to eat it badly. It's my first time at this foodcourt and the ambience is nice and the prices of the food here is steep. I ordered a small size of the hot stone ric

I ordered a small size of the hot stone rice@$5.50, the amount of the rice is of a small soup bowl and find the sauce a little bit sweet otherwise everything is not bad.

While shopping in 313 last friday, My mum and I decided to have our dinner at Food Republic since it is already close to 7:15pm. We were actually quite spolit for choices, since everything looks so yummy. Anyway, we eventually settled on the korean food stall and we ordered the vegtable beef soup set to share since we had something light earlier. We were actually quite spolit for choices, since everything looks so yummy. Anyway, we eventually settled on the korean food stall and we ordered the vegtable beef soup set to share since we had something light earlier. The set comes with a bowl of rice and the sides of anchovies and kimchi which is quite standard.

Since it is a vegetable soup with beef, the vegetables are unlike those you will find in normal kimchi/beef soups, the stall uses spinach and big beansprouts. There is also an egg and dong fen in addition to the beef. There are also the dong fen is thinner than those i have tested at korean food stalls. The soup is spicier and also saltier than what I have at other stalls. The beef is peppery - I guess they seasoned it with black pepper before putting it into the soup. I did not enjoy the beef as much since the taste is not really complementary to the soup base. I love the kimchi though - I think it is one of the best of all that I have from food courts. Overall, still recommended!
