Crispy meat in between fluffy wheat bun, the darkening sauce was sweet and flavourful. Just a bit hard to bite over the whole, I ate separately actually. Impressive Crab Patty, the solidness was remarkable. The portion was definitely enough for serving of one person. Overall, it was the place suitable for those who aimed at healthier food with succulent meal, premium quality and never disappointing.

If you are a non-beef eater, you are going to have a hard time at kraze burger. This is what i thought while i was going through the menu. I usually order either the Sandwich or Healthy Salad, depending on my hunger level. But this time, I tend to go for the hamburger to fulfill my satisfaction. The fried layer was so crispy which was the most comfortable feeling in my mouth. It represented the aromatic Grilled Chicken Thigh with flavorful Cajun sauce.

My friend ordered Beef-ball Spaghetti. Unfortunately, I am not the fan for beef, I did not try that Spagetti. From what he commented, the gravy was not that great, however he did enjoy the Melting Cheese Beef-ball on the top.

For today’s side dish, we ordered Garlic Idaho which was a plate of Potato Fries with Butter Garlic and Sweet Spicy Sauce. You also have the option of adding extra topping items, such as Cream Mayonnaise and Mango dressing, by referring the price at the bottom of their Menu.

Overall, it was a great place for dining. Besides, if you are the UOB Bank cardholder, you may enjoy 20% discount once you charged a minimum spending of $20.00. In fact, I love it and often bring my friends there when I go out.

This is the cross section of the burger, the way it's served. Due to that its thickness is too big for my mouth to handle, i ate it layer by layer and i felt its bland. For the beef patty, its purely beef taste and no seasonings or anything - taste like cooked in boiled water. I guess this is not the way to eat it, therefore I changed my method of eating - minimizing the thickness by removing the top portion (bun and vegetables), it's different.

Service
It's quite difficult to get the staff attention to take the orders. However, the waiting time for the food is reasonably okay.

Ambience
Ambience is good. Spacious, restaurant is playing music in the background that is up to date.

Price
About steep for 1 burger and without side dishes.

Recommendation / Tips
There is 20% off the bill if you are holding UOB credit card. 10% service charge and 7% GST still apply.

After a short ten minutes wait, the orders arrived. For the price, the burgers were served plain, with only a macaroni side which tasted somewhat "clinical" with the plain white sauce. It made the big white plate seem empty.

K.B Original burger (S$11)
The K.B Original burger was served with a standard bun, and as the menu suggests, sandwiched between them were a beef patty, cheese, homemade pickles, lettuce, tomato slices, onions, and Kraze sauce (which hardly differed from the usual tomato sauce). The ingredients looked fresh, particularly the lettuce, while the meat patty was tender. Overall, it was a well-flavored, and much better than your average fast food joint burger. Then again, you are paying more than ten dollars for just a burger.

K. Onion burger (S$14)
The K. Onion burger came in our choice of the wheat bun, which the waiter offered as a healthier option. This burger had more ingredients within than the Original - crispy onion rings, bacon, honey barbeque sauce, and cream cheese sauce. The bacon made the taste more fragrant, especially with the onion rings.

Service was fairly prompt and polite, but which also depended on which waiter that came by - There were some that were a bit "shortsighted". OK for the experience, but for tastier burgers, Merlion Wayfarer recommends the generic yellow-and-red fastfood brand.

If you are on a minimal-carbohydrate diet, you can choose Semi-nude ($16), where the juicy beef patties are served without the burger buns. The well-marinated beef patties are juicy and tasty. Together with two slices of cheese, fresh garden salad, grilled onion, Kraze dressing, and a sunny side up on top, this dish is beautifully done in terms of taste and presentation.

We also ordered the Cajun Chicken Salad ($15). The crispy cajun chicken pieces are tender and served on fresh lettuce tossed in Kraze's special sweet 7 sour dressing. It actually tastes quite Ok, but the serving is too big that we could barely finish it after having the burger.

Their main course which are burgers, comes with a side dish of salad, are too big for my liking so I bought the kids set! The kids set has too much fries as well but the burger size was okay by my opinion, good for those who don't eat much. The food was nice as well, the beef patty was well cooked and fries were crunchy!

their service was abit slow, called for bill and it came only 10 mins later.

Despite the fact that the burgers from Kraze is kinda tasty, I think it is over-priced - I paid $16 for a burger and $8 for fries with sour cream. This is perhaps one of the reason why this place is kinda quiet during weekday dinner time. Another reason is perhaps the limited selection of food. Nevertheless, I think that the staff are kinda friendly and prompt in meeting my request.

Anyway, once we settled on our seats the waiter asked us right away what we wanted for drinks. I was thirsty from all the walking, so I had water. Thank God there was no extra charge for that.

We first tried out their chili cheese fries, which for me, was just ordinary. It was fries with cheese and ground beef on top of it. It was supposed to be chili, but I really didn’t taste it. So, this is a dish which you can get in any fastfood place for a cheaper price.

Main course was their HUGE, burgers that my friend and I shared. We had the K.G. Burger which I believe was a Korean style burger. It came with a side dish of corn with nata, which for me was quite interesting. I tried it and taste was unique, you have to get used to it to appreciate it. As for the burger, it tasted like BBQ. They were very generous with the serving too as it had the beef patty with BACON! Bacon makes everything taste so gooood!! Overall, I find Kraze Burgers as your average burger restaurant.
