KT's Grill

An unexpected trip to Universal Studio, it was a very last minute decision. Wandering along the street, we finally settled down at KT’s Grill for dinner. Wrong timing to step in here, the place was damn packed. Luckily the waiting time was not too long, we were served by a cheerful staff.Premium appetizer before main course, unsalted butter with bread made the butter flavour more noticeable. The whole loaf was gently wrapped, soft and silky.Tasted just nice with little soggy, it would be perfect if there was some lobster flesh added in. Here we have our main dish, tempting shiny drumstick was huge. Juicy and stretchable flesh with tangy sauce, it was mouth-watering. Dressed up by Asparagus, Pineapple, Latter Chilli and Mango, the combination was colourful and refreshing. After a fun fun time walking around the Universal studio with my friend, we decided to settle down in this KT's Grill restaurant to have our lunch. As the pricings here is quite high on their menu, I have only ordere their beer battered fish and chips for lunch. In less than ten minutes, the food is served to my table. Was really impress by the nicely display of this dish and the smell is really good and fragrant. The fish meat is very soft and fresh, which the beer batter is very crispy and tasty. The coleslaw is very crunchy and fresh as well. The tartar sauce provided here is very creamy and goes very well with the battered fish. KT's grill is only restaurant I tried every time in Universal Studios because it has a good ambience, not many people would go into the place maybe because of its price. I usually choose two dishes and share with boyfriend. It is quite filling due to the food having alot of meat and potato. It Deepavali Holiday & I gotta bring a HK fren to Sentosa & USS~ (Finally we tried on the Segway!) As she's afraid of ANY rides in amusement parks, I decided to bring her to the USS' After Hour Session @ just S$5 instead! After hearing good reviews of KT's Grill from friends, I decided to dine here regardless of the >30min wait.It's nice to have live singing inside the beautiful restaurant, but it was abit too loud besides the speaker so we shifted to a table more inwards. It was another long wait before the food come but the food didn't disappoint us :)1. 12oz Grilled Rib Eye Steak comes with a well baked tomato & potato ($34): We had it in medium & it's just nice, not too rare, not too well done, the steak is of high quality, juicy with "beef-taste" (u know there're some places tat serve beef with just "meat-taste" but not "beef-taste"). We killed the dish within 10 mins.2. Pilaf Rice ($4): My fren likes it but I find it not buttery enough & abit hard, yes I like to "eat soft rice".3.
