Lai Ji Zi Zhi Bao Dian Dian Xin was awarded for their fine culinary skills by Singapore Food Map.The Char Siew Chee Cheong Fun (rice noodle) skin is silky and delicate. Not too delicate that it will just fall apart. There were a generous amount of Char Siew in the roll. The sweet brown sauce goes well with this dish.Har Gow with its wonderful translucent shrimp dumplings. The skin texture is smooth slightly chewy but not rubbery. A medium size prawn is found in each dumpling. The overall seasonings for these Siew Mai are pretty bland. These dumplings served open-faced. There were no sweetness from the minced fatty pork. Fortunately, the sweet chill sauce provided has added some flavour to the overall Siew Mai.I paid S$6.60 for three snacks. Average of about S$2.20 for each dish.
