This yong tau foo stall has a lot of varieties. I was kind of spoilt for choice as to what to choose. i tried the dry version of the yong tau foo, I ordered a couple of the ingredients together with the bee hoon and yellow noodles. The lady took pretty long to prepare my food, there was not really a lot of people as well. one thing I have to commend them is that their sweet sauce is really good, I added a couple of spoon of it. It is rather thick, not too sweet, went well with the ingredients. M

Order yong tau foo soup for lunch at Yew Tee square. WE have to choose a minimum of 7 pieces excluding rice or noodles. I chose 7 pieces as required and added bee hoon. It cost me $4 bucks. There are not many varieties of ingredients to choose from. I chose mainly beancurd, fish balls, green vegetable, boiled egg, seaweed fish cake thats all. The soup has a strong fragrance of soy bean and tasted sweet. Other than the soup, the rest just looks normal to me.

Their Laksa Yong Tau Foo has a great variety of condiments for you to mix and match, followed by choosing your favourite type of noodles before choosing the soup. I like mine with laksa based soup! It is fanstatic! Their laksa is not too spicy that leaves you sweating after the meal, it is just right to keep you going on until the very last mouthful! YUMMMMMS!

stomach was not so good, so i decided to have some light dinner. i ordered yong tau foo. what i like about this yong tau foo store is that the soup is really tasty. and they take a much longer time to cook. with their food expose to the air for a long time, it is only right to cook the food longer to kill any bacteria. their ingredients taste really good and the sweet sauce is awesome. not too thick and sweet. just the right taste!

i am a yong tau fu fan! i love clipping all the ingredients myself. i normally have my yong tau fu dry, only like this can you actually taste whether their sauces are nice. my favourite from this stall is their sweet sauce. not too overpowering sweet, very fragrant. goes well with everything in the bowl. the chilli sauce is so so. but as a whole, this stall yong tau fu is yummy!

Not sure if they have changed owner or is it they have hired new workers. The person serving and cooking were different, not as experienced as the previous. There was still a crowd at this stall and they were slightly unable to handle it, causing quite a chaos. The sweet sauce tasted different and not as sweet as before. This makes me wonder whether they really changed owner. The meatball that they made themselves were a little tougher too. One different taste is not enough to give a verdict. I

This stall always (or at least most of the time) have a long queue. Partly because the service is slow, considering that they have to take time to cook the food you choose, and partly because their yong tau foo is good. You have to order 7 pieces minimum, and I always find it a little too much for my stomach. Alternatively, I will order without noodles or rice.

The sweet sauce is quite sweet. I prefer adding some soup inside to dilute it. The chili is spicy, too spicy for me, and I would just go without. The chili is nice for those who are able to take the spiciness.
