I was back to Latitude Bristro at Sentosa Cove again. I love the outdoor dining and enjoying watching the yatch. I ordered the Cod plate this time. The dish was presented with local vegetable like carrot, broccoli and berry tomatoes. The quanlity of the cod is substantial and its taste was excellent. It was grilled and yet could enjoy the golden crispy texture of cod. It was an excellent meal while enjoying this restaurant. What a luxury way and wish and moment stays. continue reading

It's been long time since we dine at Latitude, ONE°15 Marina Club. Kogu & Jenny went previous week with Nizam. Nizam wanted to dine there again & offered to pay, they pick me last Sunday & off we go! Supposed to pick me up at 7pm but Jenny's mum came back quite late. We ended up reaching the Club only at 9.45pm & they will be closed at 10.30pm.First on the list.. .. Oysters & Lobsters. Oysters are fresh, fat & juicy while the lobsters are a little chewy but with quite a bit of roe! But there are only about 10 Oysters left. I took 6 & Jenny took the rest.Fresh Chilled Prawns & Salmon Sashimi were fresh & sweet; Parma Ham with Rock Melon, Smoked Salmon, Prawn & Asparagus Salad were yummyNothing impressive for me at the hot food section as most of the dishes are either with creme sauce or too cheesy for me. I only took some Scallops, Chicken, Veal & Kebabs. Kebabs are hard cos I reckon it has been there for too long already. The rest of the items were ok.Another round of Lobsters & Prawns. This time with Alaska Crab. Not a fan of it but since there isn't anymore Oysters, I took what is available. The Crabs were as fresh & sweet too. Suddenly one of the waitress came with a complimentary Pizza for us. She says if we can't finish this, we can tabao! I didn't try the pizza as I find it too cheesy for me, but friends say's it's goodThe same waitress who serve us with the Pizza asked if we would like some more Oysters & when I say yes, she went in & came back with 9 Oysters for me! Again, the oysters were very fresh, fat & creamyFruits & desserts since they're closing in 5 mins time! Not much choices left. I only took 3 Macaroons which taste pretty weird, some soury taste tart, Fried Ball (?) , Dark Chocolate Cake, Walnut Pastry which taste quite good except for the cinnamon taste on the pastry. So what's the Fried Ball thing? It's a Fried Ice Cream but... ... the so-called ice cream is actually frozen Durian Puree! We took this at 10.25pm just before they close. When we realize that this is so good, we actually asked if we can have more. They were very nice to turn on the fryer again to fry 2 more pieces for us! continue reading

I love the seafood horfun here as its serving is good and it always make me feel healthy eating it. You know when some horfun are poorly or overly stir cooked and the horfun ended up in several weird pieces. Well, whenever i'm here at this cafe, i can be sure to eat nicely cooked horfun! Its quality has never disappoint me yet. And even the seafood ingredients such as sotongs and prawns are freshly cooked too. The gravy is an important part of a horfun dish and the one here is definitely non oily and tasteful. Other than the food, this bistro allows indoor and outdoor dining. While situated just beside the sea where the yachts are parked, get your mind drifted away with the sea breeze while having your food. continue reading
