The texture of the noodle was really great. I left it there for a few hours before I take my first bite, the noodle didn't turn soggy. But I am quite disappointed with the wanton as the fillings was really little, I taste more of the skin than the meat. Char Siew was a mixture of fats and lean meat. It still taste nice after it turn cold, so it is still worth the try.
