Lee Brother's Otah has been a while in the market and I guess anyone who loves Otah would have heard of them. Stall signage from the Lee's is designed in a big otah mock up with 2 tooth picks piercing through the banana leaves.Having Otah is a way of enjoying a local delicacies. Their Fish Otah is wrapped in coconut leaves and flamed grilled to fragrance.They are make up of steamed and minced seasoned fish. Brought a packet of their lunch set which consist of the bee hoon, otah, fish cake, fish fillet and some ikan bills with peanut. The bee hoon is well cooked, well seasoned, has a soft texture and is not too oily. As for the otah, it has a nice fish aroma, mild spicy and a soft texture. As for the other dishes such as the fish cake and the fish fillet, it is sufficiently cooked and taste fresh. As for their chili sauce, it has a mild sweet and not too spicy taste and goes well with the bee hoon. Prices starts from $3 depending on the amount of food chosen.

Had a go at their nasi lamek before which tasted not too bad, but I remembered that their otah did not really leave me any sorts of impression. After tasting the normal otah which I ordered, I knew why I had such a thought before. The spiciness is not strong and the taste is a little bland. The smell was not that strong too.

This stall is towards the front of the food centre. The service is no frills, quick and efficient.Their otahs are more expensive than other stalls. They have a variety of otahs kept fresh in the warmer, unlike other stalls which have no warmer.There's crab otah, prawn otah, fish roe otah, white otah, normal otah, squid otah.The white otah is really like a fish ball flattened and grilled. Nothing special but it tastes fresh. Would recommend the chilli and crab ones as the white one is pretty plain. Good but still plain.Their otah is not as dry as other stalls' otahs. Recommended for the quality of otah in the food centre. Interesting flavours. Great to buy a whole bunch and have an otah party!
