The chicken at this stall is so smooth and tender with juicy meat and springy bite that makes you keep eating it. Somehow the few of us who tried the chicken also agreed that it has indeed being cooked and properly chilled to achieve the firm and yet not oily skin. There's 2 chicken rice stalls in Shunfu Mart but I personally prefer this stall better. Their rice is steamed to fragrance and their chicken is always soft and tender. I would ask for extra dark sauce and chili sauce to go with my rice. $2.50 for a pack, reasonable price I would say for a reasonable quantity.
