LeVeL33 is the World's Highest Urban Craft-brewery restaurant, one can experience an exceptional dining experience complete with the best view of Singapore's Marina Bay and city skyline. The main course were quite good. The dessert buffet tasted decent but the selection was boring.. Hope to see some improvement in the dessert buffet!Weekday Semi-Lunch Buffet: $33++ per person. (Semi buffet of appetizers and desserts with a choice of Main Course ordered) Tempura of dory fillet, fat cut chips, crushed peas and sauce tartare. I like the super curved up shape of their fish & chips, very presentable! The tempura dory fillet was extremely tender inside and crispy outside but the overall taste was a tad bland . The fat cut chips was decent. This main course is very popular here!Salmon & cod potato cake, buttered spinach, lemon beurre blanc and tomato caraway relish. Did not expect this to taste good.. The salmon and cod was moist and tender on the inside, and crispy on the outside, complemented well with nice lemon sauce! For full review and photos, please visit:http://summerlovestoeat.blogspot.sg/2015/03/semi-lunch-buffet-at-level-33-8-marina.html continue reading

This time round, I settled for one Ploughman's Table buffet (SGD$28.00). I attacked the Prosciutto ham, Cocktail Shrimps, Smoked Salmon and salad. The salmon and shrimps were very springy and bouncy as I had expected, sweet in their freshness. The crisp greens made for a lovely starter as well. I had two servings of this. Then we shared a Set Lunch (SGD$33.00) comprising of a main course, and anything from the salad bar. For this time round, we chose the Fish and Chips, something we'd been orgling at during the last visit because it was so beautiful and artistic, shaped into a graceful arc as though it were swimming in the air.The fish was crispy on the outside; the flesh was luscious in flavour and smooth in texture; it was a huge slab but we got through it rather quickly because it was just delicious. The potato fingers were crackling on the exterior and contained mashed potato within - perfect for potato and wedges lovers. For full review and more detailed information, please feel free to visit:http://thearcticstar.blogspot.sg/2015/06/lunch-at-level-33-mbfc-revisit-again.html continue reading

LeVeL33, just as its name suggests, is located on the 33rd floor! This gives great opportunity for an excellent view while dining up here. How does their lunch sets work here? You choose the executive main course ($33++) from the not-very-wide selection and you get to choose your own dessert and salad from the buffet bar. I chose the Burger & Chips Set Meal as my main course. While the presentation is really pretty, I think that the price is not justified as the food is really quite average. The streaky bacon perched on the beef patty was slightly tough to bite. On the other hand, I must say that the beef patty was quite juicy though. The buffet area was a little messy and I noticed that they did not really refill the buffet dessert bar fast enough - it starts to run out pretty quickly! The way they are organizing their lunch sets, it might be more convenient for the staff but it is not going to attract repeat visitors because I would have tried almost everything in one seating. They might consider changing their buffet styled-dessert and salad bar to attract more return customers. For more food adventures, follow me at http://spherepiece.blogspot.sg/ continue reading

I went with a few colleagues to MBFC , knowing that they served executive lunch at $33++, which consists of appetizer/dessert buffet spread (limited though) plus a choice of main course. But do confirm again when you are coming here! =)The appetizer/dessert buffet spread was not really extensive but this was not meant to be a buffet, so I would still say that it was a good mixture and had achieved the "objective" of appetizing the diners. Hoho..For main courses, we only tried 3 out of the 7 choices:1) BeefI personally dun think this was a good choice. The bread was huge and the roasted Wagyu beef was a tad dry in a pathetic serving. Not expecting the quality to be such since I thought the appetizer buffet spread was pretty awesome. *Shrugged*2) Burger & chipsI was contemplating between Wagyu beef patty and Wagyu Beef striploin, but decided on the latter as beef patty didnt sound juicy enuff. I guess I made a wrong choice ~ the beef patty definitely tasted much better. And we though the quail egg sunny side-up looked cute on the patty. Hahahha3) Fish & ChipsAmong the few main courses we had, the fish & chips was the best. Despite the funny "U" shape presentation, the fish was generally fresh and crispy.Overall, I think the executive set lunch was quite a good deal with a good appetizer/ dessert spread and a decent main course (depending on your choice), coupled with a good dining ambiance overseeing MBS and singapore river. For full review and more photos, please visit http://fun-hideout.blogspot.com/2012/01/executive-lunch-level-33.html continue reading

LeVeL33 as the name implies, sits on the 33rd floor of the Marina Bay Financial Centre. The restaurant has a dedicated lift which brings patrons from the ground floor, directly up to level 33. The view was quite fantastic overlooking the entire area you can even spot Marina Bay Sands in the distance and NTUC building not too far away. Pity that it was rather hazy that day.The Executive Lunch Set costs $33++ and comes with a free flow buffet salad bar at Ploguhmans Table where you have a wide selection of fresh greens, beans and some cold cuts too. For the mains, I decided to try their Wagyu Striploin Sandwich accompanied by onion marmalade, wholegrain mustard, watercres and fat cut chips on the side. The ketchup was also infused with their in-house brewed Larger! What's unique about this restaurant is that it houses its very own microbrewery where they conjure up a variety of craft beers, which you can enjoy fresh from the tap. I didn't quite enjoy my lunch that day (since it was a business meeting afterall), but I would definitely love to re-visit this restaurant again with my friends. continue reading
