The FoodI ordered the fishball noodles served with 7 fishballs with soup and noodles. The fishballs here were much bigger and nicely flavoured, smooth, bouncy and springy and most important very fresh. As for the noodles are slightly soggy and seem over cooked. The chilly was sweet and spicy and blended well with the noodles. The PriceReasonably priced at $5.00 per bowl for food court price.OverallI will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this! continue reading

It aint easy to stand out among the stalls of selling the same stuff, and Li Xin did it.Many people would not have 'meekia' (angel hair like noodles) with soup base as the soup may linger this starchy taste. But not in Li Xin. The soup was clear with a light fishball flavour. Noodles was tangy. Each serving accompanied with 6 big, round fishballs. You could taste the fish literally in every bite. Personally i liked to add some chilli padi into the soup to spice it up. continue reading

Whenever I feel like having a bowl of really nice dry chinese noodles, the version here at Li Xing will certainly be able to impress me. Especially love to eat their dry mee poh, which is very chewy and smooth in texture. The seasoning sauce used in tossing the mee poh is very tasty and full of the nice fragrant from the generous amount of sesame oil added to it. Also love those chopped spring onions topped on it which also enhance the taste of the mee poh as well . continue reading

Li Xin's fishballs are made twice daily with yellowtail and kept chilled in cold water but never frozen. This is to keep the fishball soft and bouncy. Not only do they make their own fishballs, they make their own chilli sauce and crispy lard pieces as well.Mee Pok (Dry) @ S$4.50The delectable sweet and spicy noodles accompanied by the soft and bouncy fishballs were simply succulent! continue reading

Generous in its serving of fishball, this stall sells teochew styled fishball noodle. Customers can choose from a range of noodles such as yellow noodles, bee hoon, kuay teow etc. The chili is spicy and for those who cannot take spicy food should avoid adding the chili in as a small amount is already very spicy. Its fishball noodles are chewy and large in size, a pleasant treat for fishball noodles lovers. continue reading
